Okay this one is extremely filling and sososo tasty.
1 chopped small zucchini (20)
½ cup broccoli and cauliflower (10)
¼ cup chopped onions
Sauté until however u like it
Then I cooked a Veggie burger and usually I only used half of it then put the rest in the fridge for another day. (55)
Use whatever dressing you want. I prefer honey mustard but usually use regular mustard because no calories.
