Super simple, yet amazing dinner tonight 👌chicken, brown basmati rice, and possibly one of the BEST roasted veggie combos I’ve ever made 😋 you gotta try it!
Veggies - Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl combine bell pepper, onion, and cauliflower florets. Coat veggies with ½ a tsp @chosenfoods avocado, then toss in some pink Himalayan sea salt, turmeric, chili powder, and @spicemode tandoor seasoning. Roast for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
