Would just like to say that a) Vegans can eat take out and b) so can people who are on a healthy eating plan!
Breakfast: soy blueberry yoghurt and pumpkin seeds and tangerine segments! Not the most substantial but was in such a rush and had a sweet tooth today.
Lunch: Houmus and falafel wraps (with spinach, grated carrots and rocket) with two oranges and some cucumber and pepper sticks and seeds.
Dinner: As discussed above ^ there’s no reasons why vegans and people on healthy eating plans cannot eat take away because balance is good for the soul as well as the body! So I had mushroom pilau, non-dairy madras sauce 🔥, saag alo, aloo gobi and vegan naan! Amazing!
