Breakfast! Nonfat plain Greek yogurt, with peanut butter, blueberries, chia/flax/pumpkin seeds. 😋 I call it my pb&j yogurt.
I was with a friend last night and we got icecream and cookies downtown, it was such a nice treat after four weeks of hard work! Now I’m back to eating very clean, and I had a nice Zumba workout with my mom, too, for my last day of LISS pre training week 4.
