Breakfast: Chia overnight oats and blueberry pudding! Amazing!
Lunch: The best falafel, houmus, spinach, rocket and tomato wholewheat wraps.
Snacks: Green smoothie made with spinach, frozen banana, ginger and cucumber. I also had a vegan soy blueberry yoghurt.
Dinner: Spicy bean burger, baked sweet potato fries, tomato and houmus and some spicy green lentils and beans! Green lentils are super healthy too and taste amazing cooked with beans and spices like cumin and paprika.
