Super simple tasty low calorie recipe!
Boiled and mashed sweet potato (86cals per 100g)
1/2tsp wholegrain mustard (4cals)
1/2tsp garlic powder (0cals)
Salt and pepper to taste (0cals)
Total cals: depends on size of potato! (A medium sweet potato is usually around 150grams)
This is so tasty, really easy to make and vegan! I’ve never had mashed potato without butter and cheese before and i didn’t expect it to be so good!
This recipe is great for if you dont feel up to eating solid food, and its super filling so 1 medium potato is more than enough!
(Also, although i dont encourage or condone it, its very easy to purge if you have to.)
