Beef Burgers anyone?


ingredients (4servings):
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion (cut in to little pieces)
- 1 egg
- ½ red pepper (paprika)(cut in to little pieces)
- 1 tomato (cut in to little pieces)
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbes like parsley and coriander (cut in to little pieces)
- a bit of panco or breadcrumbs

Directions:
- take a bowl and put all ingredients in exept the egg and the breadcrumbs/panco
- mix everything in the bowl
- whisk the egg
- put the egg with the rest and mix again
- add some fresh black pepper
- add some panco/ breadcrumbts (as much as needed, best is to use just a bit)
- mix again
- make 4 big burgers
- put in a pan and bake each side for a few minutes
