miracle noodles , cayenne pepper, liquid stevia, refried beans ,mozzarella, oikos greek full fat plain yoghurt, soy sauce, dr. braggs liquid aminos, fish sauce, worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, almond milk
Herbs
basil, sage, oregano, parsley, dill weed, chives, lemongrass
Spices
Mrs. dash, cayenne, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, himalayan pink salt (lots of minerals)
I will be posting more recipes of things I like to eat along with the calorie count. These are all of my go to products at the grocery store, my bill is typically around $30-40 but I don’t have to buy more spices and sauces often.
